Fondue takes its origins from Switzerland, and is a fun and entertaining communal meal, served in a ceramic pot over a tiny burner. There are hundreds of different fondue recipes, but most involve one key ingredient: a tasty cheese sauce. Fondue is best enjoyed in a warm house with good friends and plenty of wine.
